| A&A Shipping Company Ltd. formerly known as ANDY Shipping
Agency Ltd. was established in 1998 based on the previous many
years' standing experience in shipping/maritime business. Whole
staff of our company has a maritime education and some of us is
in possession of the highest nautical degree. So far our company
is providing sea-going personnel service for either individually
or as complete ship's crew, rating from master to wiper on
different type of ship beginning from dry cargo, container
carrier, cement carriers to bulk carrier and ro-ro ship. Among

Our officers,
engineers and rating preliminary hold national certificates of
competency issued in compliance with STCW requirements.
Investing heavily in professional abilities we recognize the
most importance and consideration of quality people to a safety
maritime. Our seafarers have a high degree of technical skills
and are internationally respected for their attention to safety
issues. Most of them are familiarized with ISM Code polices and
have a great experience in the position their licences allowed
them to hold on ships in foreign companies. Our main principle
is that we provide our service free-of-charge to seamen, because
our choice of candidates is not based on financial criteria but
on their experience and abilities. Selection of seamen for a
particular vessel is made in accordance with their previous
experience on the same or similar type of vessel/engine. On our
client's special demands we also provide logistic,
pay-administration and arrangement of crew replacement at the
most convenient time and place within possibly shortest range
from domicile bearing in mind the economic factors and the
special requirements of our customers.
